ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email address.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to the following locations:
Domestic: United States and Canada
International: Select international locations based on carrier and availability of print shop shipping areas.
If your location is outside our shipping areas, please contact us at w.o.e.services@gmail.com before placing your order.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become active.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Word of Encouragement is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
Word of Encouragement is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Word of Encouragement is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact your carrier directly.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. Access details will be sent to your email address after purchase.
